Bought this game last night from Steam.
I love it. I just love it. Just finished it, everything was very smooth and overall one of the best single player experiences that I've had. Just one problem, the ending. It just ends in a black screen with some background sounds playing, but nothing happening. I got the credits and everything. Now when I load the game, it starts in the final fight again. Is this normal? |

That isn't right. After you beat the final boss, you should get the whole ending which isn't just sound and a black screen. Did you get any dialogue? Or just sound?
You can always fight the final fight and see if the ending works a second time. My recommendation: Re-play the final battle from the "New game" menu and choose the last level. It won't make any difference and if your save has something corrupting the ending, then it might not happen with a clean start from that map. Hope it works out! |

I get the final dialogue, where Father Mother's secret is told. Then I get the credits with the statue guy. After the ace team logo the screen slowly fades to black and after that all I hear is the wind (same than in credits) and the screen remains black and it seems that the game doesn't process the last saving.
I did what you told me to do, the same happened |
