you guys are going to give them a stress attack If you keep pestering them. Give them time and they will deal with it now that they know what the problem is.

Pestering? LOL! You haven't seen pestering yet!

How about a status update ACE.

I am also waiting for it to be fix, but if they haven't reply then that means that they are working on fixing it. I am sure they don't have time to reply.

Sorry for the late reply (yesterday was a Holiday here in Chile). Apparently from what I've been reading only people that are on the same internet area can connect. We're not sure why this issue wasn't identified earlier. I'm waiting for extra info from upstairs before we do anything. I'll post more info if anything comes up, but this doesn't look like something we can address quickly...

We're still trying to determine whether this is a widespread issue or it's happening to some users only.

Anyways, I'll request our programmers to look at our PS3 code as soon as possible (we're kind of swamped with E3).

Yes, the issue is only happening to "users" who only have 1 PS3 in their home. Widespread enough? Have any of your guys tried getting online for a quick match or tried clicking on a user that has created a lobby?

I appreciate the feedback, however, I have to be honest when I say this moving at a glacial pace really grinds my gears. I hope this gets fixed soon because it really is a fun game. The broken multiplayer is killing it though.

I registered on your forums just to talk about an issue I'm having with your game. Yeah, I think this is probably a big deal.

I tried with three different friends from different cities and a different country too and I couldn't get a single online game to work. Your online is broken and unusable... and that's really disappointing because Rock of Ages look likes a great game, especially from what I've played in the single player.

Forget it!! they will never fix it!

They just lost a costumer alongside my other friends that will never buy a game from this developer again.

Sorry that we can't address this any quicker; we're only a small studio. We are talking with Atlus to see what we can do, but as I said before, from here to E3 we're kind of swamped. Immediately after we'll be looking for technical solutions, but in the meantime we're trying to gather more information. We're as upset as everyone that the multiplayer is presenting problems.

Thank you for the update, Andres, any and all information you have is welcome. I understand (somewhat) how busy you must be about a week before E3, especially since you also have to take into account that you don't exactly live across the street from E3.

I think we're all as excited for E3 as you are, though you may be more nervous for some parts, rather than excited.

We'll be patient (to an extent, of course) and you'll do your best to fix this problem as soon as you can.

While I'm always on the side of the consumer and believe companies need to be held accountable, I think this is a little premature. I totally understand the frustration, I'm right there with you, but I also do believe in giving the company time to make it right.

Something about NAT not being properly set on both ends. Sorry, I'm not from the tech area here :-/ . I'm still annoyed that the guys from Cert didn't identify this before shipping. angry.gif

Thanks for the update, and working one a fix. Hope it doesn't take to long.

Regarding the people that didn't like my post before:

If you buy a car , and it doesn't work? And they say to you nothing is wrong with it!
Will you be glad about it or frustrated?

I bought the game, the online part didn't work, I posted that the game should be fully tested before release, the answer they gave me was that the game had been fully tested (Obviously not), and then I got frustrated on the comment that the moderator made and I lashed out what I and my friends that bought the game though.

So... read the whole posts from the beginning before making a conclusion on only 1 of my post's only.

As long as they continue making good games I'll give it another try, but TESTING before release has to be extensively done.

There's no need to be impatient, they said they would look into it. Why would they maliciously kill their multiplayer?
