Do weapons have limited ammo and do they need reloading?

Weapons need to be reloaded, but we don't have ammo pickups. It's a bit unusual, but remember this is not a regular FPS.

Now, I noticed certain enemies carrying weapons of varying keepability (not a real-well, common-word, but I see some weapons getting knocked out of hands and such). Is there going to be a carrying system like the typical fps (slot 1 for melee, slot 2 for pistol-equivalent or whatever) or is it going to be a durability system, as in picking things up off the ground, using them until they break/run out of ammo, and then going back to fists?
Or is it neither? |

You can basically hold just 1 weapon (melee or shooting). You can swap in and out of melee combat (and holster) by locking on to your opponents. Given that melee is the focus of the game, we don't really handle weapon slots as regular FPS's do.
