Thanks for the update, and working one a fix. Hope it doesn't take to long.

Regarding the people that didn't like my post before:

If you buy a car , and it doesn't work? And they say to you nothing is wrong with it!
Will you be glad about it or frustrated?

I bought the game, the online part didn't work, I posted that the game should be fully tested before release, the answer they gave me was that the game had been fully tested (Obviously not), and then I got frustrated on the comment that the moderator made and I lashed out what I and my friends that bought the game though.

So... read the whole posts from the beginning before making a conclusion on only 1 of my post's only.

As long as they continue making good games I'll give it another try, but TESTING before release has to be extensively done.

Analogies are a weak way to get a point across. But I feel you. Like I said on PS3T, consumers have the right to raise hell when a product they buy doesn't work, PERIOD! Just like they have the right to praise a product.

Thank you Andres for the update!

But you got it free from Playstation Plus. That would have to be about a dollar investment.

So, it's been about a week since we've heard anything, it sounded like you'd cornered the problem...could we hope to have a solution soon now?

This is the drill: The European build has to go under cert (with the fix applied), and if it gets approved we can then release the patch for SCEA. We should be submitting to SCEE this week.

I know this is a drag, but getting content through the consoles is always slower than on PC. :-/

Andres is so right. In Steam we could have fixed this in 2 hours. Users would be getting the fix as soon as we detected and fixed it.

It's funny because first party titles get approved in minutes.

Well I can't wait to play multiplayer on the PS3 soon. I hope this little set back didn't discourage others from liking the game.

Good catch! First one to notice. Yes, it's a little WIP shot of a level I've been working on. smile.gif

We already submitted the SCEE build with the fix. I'm not sure if it's in the cert process yet. As soon as it's approved we'd submit the SCEA patch, but since we're kind of in the dark I'm still uncertain about a tentative release for the fix... :-/

I hate to say it, but I'm done. My friend and I have waited patiently for this fix, but it's taken over a month. For us, this is unacceptable. If the PSN didn't have a policy against refunds for broken games, we'd be filing for one.

This company can expect to never see the contents of our wallets again.

We should be submitting the patch during next week, though Andres should confirm, since he's in charge of this. Apparently the decision has been to not wait for Sony Europe's cert to finish because it is taking too long. Again, this is what I think is going on... so wait for more news during the week.

Super apologies that this has taken soooo long...

Good news guys. SCEE build was approved and we've submitted the SCEA patch. It just has to move through the loops and wait for a release. Sorry again for the huge delay. We'll certainly take care not to make the same mistakes for future games. Hopefully everything moves faster through this last checkpoint.

Good to hear.
By the way, you need to post a higher resolution image of your avatar (and probably your last avatar too).

Hahaha. Those preview shots are only for teaser purposes, but we'll eventually release higher res images. I'll probably be dropping little previews like that from time to time. smile.gif
