We haven't released any updates for the game... so maybe you lost some files and they got updated?  Or maybe something from Steam got updated which updates other games? I got an update just yesterday. It's called "Zeno Clash Models" and 347.3 mb. No idea what it is. Maybe it's for Gary's Mod?
