I want to change the model player by another one.
But can you send me the ghat.qc because my qc don't compile.

Tell me what you-re trying to do and I'll see what I can do to help. You simply want to replace Ghat's 3D model and conserve the animations?

Ok i found the problem now that's work but i need to rotate (axe Y) each ghat animation it's a long process...

Unfortunately yes... I believe 3D Max and the standard axis/direction for characters of the HL2 engine are different, and we had to rotate things to get them working properly.
