Yes, correct. Deadra's voice was completely re-recorded. She has a new voice and sounds a lot better now.

Do you think you will provide the new voice files for Deadra? Would be cool to have some features of UE on PC. I will miss the old one, but still.

It would sadden me if UE was definitely not going to be ported to PC, as I soon will have no Xbox 360 whatsoever.

She sounds a lot more badass. Even though that is generally a good thing, I'm not sure if it fits that pretty little face so well now. From the one little line I heard, I already like it.

Uha, I am so much used to the old voice. Dunno, somehow it hit's a bit of the style for me too. :>
Guess it's because I am not a native english speaker. I don't hear the difference that much. |

Her voice sounds....strangely agressive and alienating at first after playing with ZC for so long!
 Buuut I guess I'll never find out how it will feel like ingame, since I do not own an X360 :< -------------------- Random scribbler and dubious madman.

I actually just logged in to start a thread on this myself, lol. I played Zeno Clash on PC when it first was released, and just today played it (though the UE version) on XBox 360. All I can say is EW! Her voice is TERRIBLE now! Talk about not fitting in with the rest of the Zeno Clash world, her voice is too melodic now (in my opinion). She sounds like a melodramatic Disney princess. :"( I remember when people first started making comments about her voice: I was quick to defend her old voice and I still stand by my opinion. Idk who this new voice actor is, but I hope I never hear her in a video game again. She's completely ruined Deadra for me.

Awww the voice actor really grew on me
can't imagine Deadra sounding any different, besides; she had some of the best lines in the game! (i think  )

She's different. We've used three VAs now for Deadra. One for ZC, one for ZC:UE and one for ZC2.
