We've already disclosed this info a few times before... but I wanted to copy the official press release:
ACE Team, an independent video game developer based in Santiago, Chile, today announced that it will distribute Zeno Clash via Steam, Valve's digital distribution system and Direct2Drive, IGN's digital distribution marketplace in Spring 2009, for a value price of $20.00 USD. ACE Team has intentionally priced the game at only $20 in order to help give as many players as possible access to its debut title. "It's very important for us at ACE Team that Zeno Clash reaches a broad amount of consumers", said Andres Bordeu, Co-Founder of ACE Team. "We want everyone to be able to play our title and setting a low price for the high production value that the game packs seems like the best way to share our bizarre and intriguing world.
